1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of parayuorbit.com and the services provided by Parayu Orbit, a brand of Parayu Ventures LLP. By using this website or engaging our counsellors, you accept these terms.

2. Our services

We provide professional profile evaluation, university shortlisting, application and documentation support, scholarship guidance, education loan facilitation, test preparation guidance, visa documentation assistance and pre-departure support.

We are an independent consultancy. We are not an agent of any government, embassy, consulate, bank or university unless expressly stated for a specific institution.

3. No guarantee of admission, funding or visa

Admission decisions are made solely by universities. Scholarship decisions are made by the awarding bodies. Loan approvals are made by banks and NBFCs. Visa decisions are made solely by the immigration authority of the destination country.

We do not and cannot guarantee an admission offer, a scholarship, a loan sanction or a visa. Any success rates or timelines we share are indicative, based on past experience, and are not a promise of outcome.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents. Misrepresentation, fabricated documents or undisclosed visa refusals can lead to rejection, bans and legal consequences, and we will discontinue services immediately in such cases.

You are responsible for meeting deadlines communicated to you, for paying university and government fees directly to the relevant body, and for reviewing every application before submission.

5. Fees and payments

Your first professional profile evaluation is free. Where a paid service applies, the scope, fee and payment schedule are agreed in writing before work begins.

Third-party charges — application fees, deposits, test fees, visa fees, health cover, courier and translation — are payable by you directly and are not included in our service fee.

Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the specific service agreement signed with you. Fees for services already delivered are not refundable.

6. Communication and consent to contact

By submitting an enquiry, booking a session or using the eligibility checker or AI counsellor on this website, you consent to being contacted by phone, email, WhatsApp or SMS regarding your enquiry. You may opt out of marketing communication at any time.

7. Website content and tools

Costs, deadlines, intake dates, visa rules and scholarship amounts on this website are indicative and change frequently. Always verify with the official university or government source before making a decision.

The eligibility checker provides an indicative assessment generated from the inputs you provide. It is not an admission decision, an offer or professional advice for your specific case.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, design, logos, guides and tools — belongs to Parayu Ventures LLP and may not be reproduced or republished without written permission.

9. Third-party links

We link to university, government and partner websites for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or decisions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from our services is limited to the professional service fee you have paid to us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from university, bank or visa authority decisions or delays.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
