1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Identity and contact details: name, email address, phone number, city and country of interest.

Academic information: qualifications, marksheets, transcripts, backlogs, English test scores (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Duolingo) and standardised test scores (GRE, GMAT, SAT).

Financial information: budget range, sponsor details, bank statements, income proofs and loan documentation, shared only when you ask us to assist with funding or visa filing.

Immigration documents: passport copies, prior visa history and visa application material.

Usage information: pages visited, device and browser type, and chat transcripts with our AI counsellor, used to improve the service.

3. How we use your information

To evaluate your profile, shortlist universities and prepare applications.

To submit applications, scholarship claims, loan enquiries and visa filings on your instruction.

To contact you about your enquiry, application status, deadlines and relevant opportunities.

To improve our website, tools such as the eligibility checker, and the quality of counselling.

To comply with legal, regulatory and institutional requirements.

4. Legal basis and consent

We process your information on the basis of your consent, our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in providing and improving education consultancy services. You may withdraw consent at any time, though this may prevent us from continuing an active application.

5. Sharing your information

We share your information only where necessary: with universities and their authorised application partners; with banks and NBFCs when you request loan assistance; with visa authorities, VFS/consular service providers and approved medical panels; with accommodation, forex or travel partners you specifically opt into; and with service providers who host our systems under confidentiality obligations.

We never sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

6. Data storage and security

Documents are stored on access-controlled systems with encryption in transit. Access is limited to counsellors working on your case. We retain application records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal or institutional obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

7. International transfers

Because study abroad applications require it, your information may be transferred to universities and authorities outside India. We share the minimum required for your application and only on your instruction.

8. Your rights

You may request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, request deletion of data we no longer need, withdraw consent, or opt out of marketing messages. Email info@parayuorbit.com and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses essential cookies for functionality and analytics cookies to understand how pages are used. You can block cookies through your browser settings; essential features may then not work as intended.

10. Children

Where an applicant is under 18, we deal with a parent or legal guardian and collect information with their consent.
