This is the execution phase. Documents are collected and verified, essays are finalised, portals are filled, fees are paid and every submission is tracked to confirmation.
The submission checklist
Nothing is filed until each item is checked twice.
- Final SOP customised for each program
- Letters of recommendation submitted by recommenders
- Transcripts, mark sheets and degree certificates
- English and standardised test score reports sent officially
- CV, portfolio or writing samples where required
- Application fee payment and confirmation receipts
Tracking and follow-up
We monitor each portal for missing-document notices, interview invitations and status changes, and respond on your behalf where permitted.
Interview support
For programs with admission interviews, we run practice rounds with program-specific questions.
